Our groups provide an opportunity for carers to get out and about, meet other carers, make friends and find peer support from people in similar situations.

We have a wide range of groups and activities taking place across Bradford, Harrogate, Craven and Selby districts – please check out the details below.

A group for all parent carers with children who have additional needs, for example; learning, physical, behavioural, emotional, mental health.

Whatever their age, diagnosed or undiagnosed, our group could be for you.

This group will be a chance to meet other parent carers, benefit from peer support, supporting each other, asking questions and taking some time out and have a brew.

Featuring occasional guest speakers and other professionals.
